Happiness is an emotional state. ⁠

Happiness can refer to how you feel in the moment or can be described in a much broader sense. How we feel is often subjective and happiness tends to be the focus on our personal feelings about our present state of wellbeing. ⁠

Our emotions are one aspect of our health that can sometimes get neglected. If our emotional health suffers, our physical health will too. ⁠

Choosing to live a life of happiness and fulfillment is a conscious effort. And can include daily rituals, such as:⁠
  • Waking up early to spend some time with yourself and your thoughts⁠
  • Making time to go outside⁠
  • Spending time with friends and family ⁠
