Is Counselling for me?

Many people feel that you have to reach a certain point before accessing counselling or that their issues are not bad enough, however, at Kalmer Counselling we believe counselling should be accessible to all. Counselling allows you to explore issues in a safe space, minimising the negative impact they have on your life. We have put together a list of common misconceptions around therapy and counselling to help you gain a better understanding of the service we offer.

At Kalmer Counselling we believe your sessions should be tailored to you or your child, we, therefore, offer one to one sessions in person or over zoom, we conduct sessions within a school setting or can arrange sessions within our therapy centre.
